JSP 822 Qualifications

Revised JSP822 trainer qualifications for military instructors has been published in 2015

The QCF Level 3 Award in Education and Training is now the
baseline training requirement

A unique advantage of attending this course with The Training Foundation is that successful completion also achieves the TAP Certificate in Learning Facilitation, awarded by
The British Institute for
Learning & Development
and recognised for professional membership

Do you hold a PTLLS Certificate?

The Government's independent review recommended that PTLLS, which was previously the baseline trainer qualification, should be scrapped as 'unfit for purpose'  (read the Independent Review).  PTLLS accreditation is being lapsed, however if you hold a PTLLS certificate you can upgrade this to a TAP Certificate - call us for details.

Achieving a TAP Diploma will add
real value to any MOD trainer's CV !

Due to the consistency of TAP assessment, TAP-certified trainers have high currency with employers - many only recruit TAP-qualified applicants

TAP professionals are found in virtually all public sector organisations
(eg 2,600+ in the NHS and more than 1,500 in local authorities and
Central Government, including the MoD Academy)

In all, TAP-certified trainers can be found in more than 1,400 organisations today, working in 30+ countries
