TAP Certificate in Designing Workplace Support Resources

The Designing Workplace Support Resources course provides delegates with a framework to build appropriate resources which will ensure effective  and efficient performance in the workplace where training isn’t available, required or to reinforce the transfer of learning when designed in conjunction with a training programme. It is a blended programme consisting of two weeks online activities culminating with attendance on a 2-day workshop.

Successful completion qualifies delegates to display the post-nominal letters TAP.cert
