New to training? This L&D Professional Certificate will give you a great start!


This 5-day course is a starter programme for anyone beginning their career in training. To be effective, trainers need the skills to engage with learners and deliver training in ways that encourage retention and application. This course provides the new trainer with the knowledge and skills required to deliver interactive and participative classroom training.

Successful completion qualifies delegates to display the post-nominal letters TAP.cert
