TAP is hiring!
If the answer to the questions is yes then please read the following....
What do we do?
We’ve offered the Trainer Accreditation Programme (TAP®) for the past 18 years and we provide professional skills-based development via a unique and comprehensive qualifications framework for the learning and development community.
What’s the purpose of the role?
We’ve got some big plans this year, and we have an exciting future. As a result of growing demand for our qualifications across all industries and sectors, including 40% of the Top 100 FTSE 100 companies, we’re looking to recruit training consultants to join our team in delivering a portfolio of some of our suite of over 22 TAP® classroom and online courses. These aren’t associate roles; they’re full-time and permanent.
What are the key deliverables?
Highest standards and experience in the delivery and facilitation of training
Design of new training materials and project work
Achievement of average 9/10 feedback score on course delivery
Meet agreed benchmark for time spent delivering TAP programmes
What experience will you need?
As well as being at the very top of your game, you’ll hold a current TAP® Certificate in Training Delivery and will be experienced in delivering online, soft skills and classroom courses to a wide variety of organisations across all sectors. If you have experience of assessing delegates against robust standards, so much the better.
You’ll be energetic, exceptionally well organised, with a high customer service ethic and bags of enthusiasm about learning and development. Your communication and presentation skills will be exceptional and you’ll display the highest professional standards. Teamwork is very important to us, as is a flexible and dynamic approach; a ‘can-do’ attitude. Finally, as a commercial organisation, we’ll expect you to support the sales team in identifying and referring business opportunities, as well as contributing to social and digital media marketing activities.
What can you expect in return?
We offer a competitive salary package and you’ll be included in the company bonus scheme.
The Training Foundation delivers the scheduled TAP programmes from its centre in the University of Warwick Science Park, so you’ll need to be within commutable distance to Coventry. That said, you’ll need to be willing and able to travel to various client locations throughout the UK. This might mean that you need to stay away from home. Sometimes, we’ll ask you to travel internationally.
If you aspire to develop your career by moving to an exciting and rewarding role within a supportive team environment, email your CV with a covering letter, including your salary expectations, by Friday 29th January to the Head of Training: firstname.lastname@example.org
