TAP Qualifications

Face-to-face training

The TAP programme’s face-to-face training Competency Framework is based on the UK’s TDLB learning and development units and is also closely aligned with the core training competencies published by the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction (ibstpi). As such, it is internationally recognised.

Elements of this framework are extracted to provide the training, coaching and support skills required by line managers and subject matter experts, enabling a consistent training methodology and objective assessment of performance.

e-Learning and Blended Learning

e-Learning is increasingly being used in blended learning solutions and requires new skills. To empower your core team to meet these challenges, the TAP programme now includes a range of role-based, certificated, e-Learning skills courses, which can lead to Diplomas in e-Learning and in Blended Learning.

The TAP programme’s e-Learning qualifications are based on the Competency Framework developed by the Institute of IT Training, which, since 2000, has been the accepted standard in this area. Full details of this Framework are available from us on request.
