TAP Registered L&D Professional

More than 1,700 organisations now employ trainers, L&D consultants, e-learning specialists and/or L&D managers who are TAP-certified. This includes more than 160 TAP Partners whose policy is that all training be to TAP standards.

TAP professionals are increasingly being sought after by employers and buyers of training services, as a google search on 'TAP trainer' reveals. However, with multiple role-based certificates and diplomas making up the TAP skills matrix, how will employers, clients and learners know what being ‘TAP-certified’ means?

The TAP Register of L&D Professionals

The TAP Register, differentiating the status of TAP professionals, is maintained by The Training Foundation. Registration is free to all who qualify.

Registrants receive a Certificate and TAP lapel badge and may also request artwork for business cards. They may join the online TAP community website, www.taptrainer.com and the TAP Qualified Professional Group at www.linkedin.com.

The TAP Register is accessible to all employers wishing to verify the qualification status of people applying for employment or freelance assignments, or of trainers nominated by external training providers. To register your interest or find out more, contact us.
