A few thoughts on TAP's first 15 years...

this comment:

'The Training Foundation is celebrating 15 years. I think
it's fair to say without them I wouldn't have the incredibly rewarding career path
I'm on now'

Alastair Steele-Leith:
‘An interesting history.
I believe TAP has certainly bought standards to a
profession where previously
there were none.
Another testimony to why
so many employers
ask for TAP’

Di Gee-Burch
:
‘...brought back memories of
my TAP training back in 2003,
hard work but thoroughly
brilliant and I am very proud
to hold the diploma -
and I love training!’

TAP's first 15 years - the long and winding road!

null

TAP was first introduced in November 1997,
with the goal of raising the quality of training

Now, 15 years on, we are some way to achieving that objective with more than 24,000 TAP-certified trainers employed in some 1,300 organisations. However, the journey to professionalise L&D is..

...A LONG AND WINDING ROAD!

What's the future for TAP?  When 'raving fans' move L&D jobs, they take their enthusiasm for TAP with them, spreading the message of TAP's LEARN philosophy.

 15th birthday celebration:
fees reduced on all TAP role-based Diplomas
!

Around 1,000 trainers embark on a TAP Diploma each year: we know that many more would like to do so but have budget constraints. So all course fees are now reduced by 20% and booking a Diploma programme saves an extra 10%.

Will you join us?   If you are not yet familiar with the benefits that TAP can bring, the TAP Support Team at Foundation House would be pleased to discuss the options with you...
