The purpose of the TAP Learning System
TAP was first introduced in 1998,
with two key objectives...
1. At an individual level
to provide skills-based Qualifications and Accreditation, enable training to be seen as a genuine Profession - not just something that anyone with subject knowledge can do!
In 2013 there are 25,000+ TAP-certified trainers whose professional L&D practice is aligned to TAP standards
2. At an organisational level
to assist L&D functions to deliver service excellence, evidenced by external Accreditation
