Why TAP?
If yours is a learning organisation, three groups will likely be involved in the training, coaching and support of their colleagues.

The TAP Learning System uniquely enables the valuable contributions of each group to be coherently integrated in a systematic approach to learning. Implementing a consistent methodology, founded on best-practice L&D Standards, can create an amazing impact on employee engagement and organisational performance.
The TAP Learning System has two main elements. First, organisational L&D Standards and quality assurance processes. Second, a Skills Programme for the three groups listed above. This website focuses on the Skills Programme.
