Objective assessment models
Unique, best-practice assessable models are the heart of the TAP Learning System. Based on extensive research as to the methods, processes and techniques which work best in achieving optimal learning effectiveness, the TAP models have been continuously refined since 1998.
Surveys of TAP-certified trainers consistently show that the behavioural changes made as a result of attending a TAP course are generally long-lasting. The increased learner participation makes the training more enjoyable for the learners and more satisfying for the trainer! Trainers are more confident and interactive, training is more structured and learners like the consistency, all of which makes learning more effective!
There will be an instant positive impact in implementing TAP. To sustain this, however, processes need to be put in place to monitor and maintain the standard – it is easy for even the best of trainers to fall back into bad habits!
