Public Schedule

Public scheduled courses are conducted at our Coventry based training centres.

To optimise learning effectiveness, the maximum number of delegates to all courses is eight and some are six.

Courses are recommended to be residential: quality hotel accommodation is arranged for delegates if required at a specially negotiated rate.

In-Company Courses

Any course may be conducted as an in-company event, tailored to your specific requirements.

UK based courses are charged at £2,000 plus vat per day and trainer's expenses.

Outside the UK the rate is £2,500 plus vat per day plus our trainer's expenses.

Season Tickets

A substantial discount is available to organisations purchasing a Season Ticket. Tickets are payable in advance, valid for 12 months and subject to our Standard Booking Terms & Conditions.

TAP - special events


• TAP Partner-hosted course - London 

The TAP Certificate in Learner Engagement (Trainer of Choice – 3 Days ). This is running in London, SW1P at Thomsons Online Benefits on 16th to 18th June 2010.  Thomsons Online Benefits are a Silver TAP Partner.

• TAP Partner-hosted course - Perth, Scotland  

The TAP Certificate in e-Learning Design (2 Days plus online). This is running in Perth, PH1 5PH at Perth & Kinross Council on 5th to 6th May 2010. Perth & Kinross Council are a Gold TAP Partner.

Free pilot courses for L&D managers new to TAP!

If your Company is in either the Financial Services or Pharmaceutical sectors, and none of your employees has attended a TAP course before, you may yourself attend a pilot course shown below at our Coventry HQ. There will be no course fee (free offer is subject to availability and excludes accommodation).

14-16 April      19-21 April      5-7 May       26-28 May

All courses have a maximum of 6 delegates, so the free offer is limited to the first 24 applicants. On successful completion, Certification is by the British Institute for Learning & Development (BILD membership is available at special rates to TAP-certified applicants).
