Aviation Training International
In April 2006 Steve Green (Training Standards Manager for Aviation Training International Limited - ATIL) enrolled on the Training Delivery Skills - Fast-track course at The Training Foundation.
It became evident from this experience that the techniques and skills taught as part of the TAP Learning System would be of benefit to current ATIL instructors and would provide a good basis for training future instructors.
As a result, the decision was subsequently taken to invest in training skills development and certification for the whole training operation.
