A Career in Learning & Development?
The TAP Learning System (TAP) enables individuals to develop and evidence a rounded set of role-specific skills. TAP also innovatively enables organisations to architect an L&D function that recognises those skills in Career Development and Pay and Reward systems. Due to its guaranteed consistency and quality outputs, TAP has been widely adopted by financial services companies where compliance, change and competition issues make high-quality training imperative.
The FSSC Recognised Trainer Scheme
Scheme recognition is of individual trainers and results from a self-audited application supported by either an Assessment of the applicant’s skills or a training qualification at Level 3 equivalence. The Training Foundation is the FSSC’s appointed Assessor: full details are available from the FSSC, which organises Assessments.

An FSSC - approved qualification
The TAP Certificate in Training Delivery Skills (awarded by the ABC Awarding Body) qualifies applicants for FSSC Recognised status. It is a Level 3-equivalence qualification, widely valued across both the public and private sectors. Experienced trainers working in the Financial Services sector can achieve certification by successfully attending the 3-day Delivery Skills Refresher course.
