TAP Certificate in Coaching


Introduction

Introduction This course introduces trainers, learning facilitators and subject matter experts to the  skills required for undertaking coaching as part of a continuous improvement programme  within the workplace.  This course is an important component of the TAP Diploma in Learning Facilitation.

Delegates will learn a process for analysing the developmental needs of a learner and how to conduct a range of coaching sessions.  Aspirational coaching helps the learner to set and meet their own goals; skills-based coaching helps to transfer subject matter expertise and performance-based coaching encourages learners to reach their full potential.  Delegates will also be introduced to a process for providing feedback.  All these coaching activities form an important part of an individual’s personal development.
