TAP Certificate in e-Learning Facilitation
Introduction
This course helps L&D professionals who are experienced in training or facilitating face-to face to transfer their skills to training online. The course covers the role of an online facilitator as well as the skills needed to plan and host effective online activities. It is a core course in the TAP Diploma in e-Learning and is also an elective for the TAP Diploma in Learning Facilitation.
Benefits
Participation in the programme helps delegates to define the role of an online facilitator and build rapport online with their students. Also, to gain practical experience of facilitating online activities, using both synchronous and asynchronous tools, to plan and deliver effective online training sessions and to apply best practice models in facilitating online learning.
Its blended format usually consists of three parts: tutor-led online pre and post learning activites and a two day classroom workshop. However, it is also offered in an entire online structure.
