Introduction
This blended course programme is designed for managers and team leaders to help them implement e-Learning effectively in their organisations.
The course covers developing an e-Learning strategy for your organisation, the technical infrastructure, managing projects, effective marketing through to evaluating the success of your programmes.

Competencies
- Prepare an overall organisational e-learning strategy, including the appropriate business case
- Determine those skills that are needed to support this strategy, and decide which of those should be in-house and which should be outsourced
- Establish a technical infrastructure to support the strategy
- Take action to gain the commitment of key stakeholders to the strategy
- Establish a process for the creation and acquisition of e-Learning content
- Effectively manage content development projects
- Create marketing plans to encourage take-up of e-Learning offerings
- Establish the organisational policies and practices needed to support the successful delivery of e-Learning projects
- Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of e-Learning projects
- Review the effectiveness of the e-Learning strategy as a whole and revise as appropriate
