Essential Training Delivery Skills


Introduction

This course provides the essentials for delivering training and focuses on getting your message across confidently whilst keeping the group engaged throughout. Concentrating on the design principles of ‘see, hear and do’ delegates will learn how to make a good impression when opening a course, facilitating a discussion, using visual aids effectively and manage learning activities.

There will be an opportunity to deliver a session and get feedback on personal aspects of style such as body language, voice, enthusiasm and mannerisms. This course will provide a confidence booster for delegates who are required to deliver training on an occasional or short-term basis.

At the end of the day there will be an open forum so that delegates can ask questions on any aspect of training delivery.
