Facilitation Skills
Introduction
The course provides a structured development of advanced delivery skills incremental to the training delivery skills courses. These include facilitation skills, coaching and counselling skills, accelerated learning techniques so that trainers can identify and react to individual learner needs.
This course is the second course for those trainers wishing to achieve the Diploma in Learning Facilitation Skills.
