Training Delivery Skills for subject matter experts
Introduction
The course provides a foundation for subject matter experts and line managers who are required to deliver training in their area of expertise, whatever that might be. Focusing on training skills rather than presentation skills, this course offers a structured approach to planning and delivering training. By providing a structure to follow, delegates with little or no experience of training develop confidence to train others in their workplace.

Delegates learn how to plan and deliver a training session, structured with a clear beginning, middle and end. They will learn how to involve their learners by using question techniques and other skills which will make their training more enjoyable and effective.
