Delivery Skills Re-certification Day

Introduction

The re-certification days provide an opportunity for trainers to be reassessed against the delivery skills criteria. Attendance is appropriate for trainers whose Certificate in Training Delivery Skills was issued a year or more ago and whose organisation does not employ a certified TAP Assessor able to provide regular monitoring and re-certification.

Benefits

Delegates will benefit from a review of the delivery skills criteria, experience other trainers delivering sessions and receive written and verbal feedback on their delivery skills. Prior to the course, delegates will receive written feedback on their session planning skills.
