Introduction

This 2 day course offers a structured approach to identifying training needs so that designing or selecting appropriate courses does not become a hit and miss affair, wasting the learners’ and the organisation’s time and money.The structured approach improves the quality of learning design and ensures that training meets the performance gap between what the target group currently know or do and what the organisation requires them to know or do.
