TAP Certificate in Training Delivery

Introduction

The TAP Certificate in Training Delivery may be achieved following the successful completion of either:

a) 5-day Training Delivery course for new or relatively inexperienced trainers

or

b) 3-day Fast-track Training Delivery course for trainers with a minimum of 6-month's recent training experience

These unique courses enable new or experienced trainers to assess their strengths and development needs in delivering training against measurable, objective criteria.

Either of these courses are the first in a programme leading to the Diploma in Learning Facilitation.
