Training Delivery Skills
Introduction
The Certificate in Training Delivery Skills may be achieved following the successful completion of either:
a) 5-day Training Delivery Skills course for new or relatively inexperienced trainers
or
b) 3-day Training Delivery Skills - Fast-track course for trainers with a minimum of 6-month's recent training experience
These unique courses enable new or experienced trainers to assess their strengths and development needs in delivering training against measurable, objective criteria.
Either of these courses is the first in a programme leading to the Diploma in Learning Facilitation Skills. It is also a fast-track to the TAP Diploma programme for trainers with a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice.
Benefits
Focusing on skills transfer techniques rather than simply presentation skills, the course offers a structured approach to planning and delivering training sessions which can assist
delegates throughout their training career.
