The Training Foundation in collaboration with Autoglass® looked to The TAP® Learning System to configure a modular certification scheme which included achievable mile stones for the team.

Team members initially completed courses leading to the TAP® Certificate in Training Delivery Skills, thereby gaining confidence in their enhanced delivery skills. As a result they were immediately able to modify existing programmes to better cater for the different learning styles and experiences of delegates. They also learned how to interact with the trainee technicians to get them involved in the program.
