National Offender Management Services is the system through which we commission and provide the highest quality correctional services and interventions in order to protect the public and reduce re-offending.
We have to make improvements to public protection and reduce re-offending. By 2010 National Offender Management Services aims to have made a significant reduction in re-offending rates.
