The Silver Partners insignia indicates that the L&D policy is that all training is delivered by personnel holding valid TAP Training Delivery, Facilitation or Coaching Certification

that the L&D policy is that all materials are designed by personnel holding valid TAP Design and Development 
or e-Learning Design Certification

Only Accredited Partners may access the TAP Certified Assessor Programme, enabling them to monitor quality assurance and re-certify L&D personnel under a Code of Practice - details available on request
