As the Adviser dedicated to the RBS Learning Academy I would like to extend a warm welcome.  I appreciate that the wide range of development options on offer at http://www.tap-training.com/ can seem a little daunting and my role is to help you select the right options to meet your current needs and future career ambitions.

	Before joining The Training Foundation in 2006 I spent the previous 20 years working for a major international banking group. As a result I am familiar with  the practical challenges presented by working in our competitive and fast-moving regulated industry.

I personally hold all three TAP qualifications leading to the award of the Diploma in Learning & Development and have also completed a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice, which allows me to describe the relative merits of the TAP Learning System from personal experience.

Specific TAP qualifications carry eligibility for Financial Services Skills Council (FSSC) Recognised Trainer status. For further information on this scheme please click the link for Financial Services Trainers on the left of this page.

TAP qualifications also confer eligibility for professional membership of the British Institute for Learning and Development ( http://www.thebild.org/ ) or the Institute of IT Training ( http://www.iitt.org.uk/ ). We would be happy to provide you with further information about either of these options.
