Cardif Pinnacle: Leading the way!

The Cardif Pinnacle Human Resources and Development (HRD) team is very proud to have achieved Trainer Assessment Programme (TAP) ‘Silver’ status on behalf of the company. 

Over the past year HRD has been working closely with the Financial Services Skills Council, and has made a commitment to support their accreditation programme. The programme is delivered by The Training Foundation, an organisation that was awarded the Queens Award for Enterprise Innovation in 2005.

We have always sought to apply ‘best practise’ to our training activity, but adopting and practising TAP’s methodology confirms that our training programmes are at the forefront of our industry.
