The Claims Training Team work in 3 centres in the UK - Portsmouth, Letchworth & Borehamwood. The team have adopted the TAP methodology when facilitating all training to help maintain consistency in learning experiences across the Claims Centres. The use of the TAP methodology has provided both new and experienced trainers with a fresh outlook on delivery styles. Delegate’s feedback after attending any Claims Training which follows the TAP methodology has been very positive, in particular they have enjoyed the training becoming more interactive, enjoyable and structured. The TAP methodology fits perfectly alongside the path the Claims Training Team are taking.
