Our organisation provides a range of IT training courses and has used the TAP model since 2003. Using the TAP method of training delivery has enhanced focus and commitment for both trainers and delegates. Applying the TAP principles provides structure and clarity when learning and ensures training delivery to a consistent, measurable standard throughout our oganisation.
