People, Pay and Pensions services will be an integrated set of simplified, standardised HR services to MOD employees and their line managers. These services will be based around the situations that people find themselves in as a result of employing and managing staff ie) from filling a vacancy to raising a grievance or claiming an allowance. People, Pay and Pensions services are also offered to non-MOD customers.
