Training Delivery Skills

I felt nervous to start off with but now I've gone through all of the training elements I feel really confident in my own training abilities. I'll use the scripts. These are a definite aid to training. They really make you think about how to get your message across & how to measure the success. Overall the course was tiring, interesting, hard work, interactive. Absolutely well worth it. Thanks.
