Jane is an invaluable tutor, always motivated, well planned, knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging, supportive and approachable.

I am please we met the tutor before the course actaully began. It gave the course a more personal feel, we knew who we were actually talking too. All activities were well planned and you knew exactly what was expected from you as a learner.

I liked the detailed information about the course. The support and guidance given was fantastic and this kept my motivation going.
