Brilliant! The training skills I already had were good but that I had plenty of opportunity to develop them, which I have now done. I liked the pace of the course, the interactive sessions and the way that Gary brought me to life. I'll use all of the techniques and the information I have learnt. I was impressed with the TAP staff and TAP facilities.
