Excellent. Participative and well-pitched for those both new to a consultancy role and those who have some experience but are keen to learn more, share experiences and those even more experienced, and gain fresh ideas.
I so valued the opportunity to focus on my own CPD, and to come away from that time feeling I had truly benefited rather than just spending three days away from my desk. Also, the opportunity to engage with L&D colleagues and learn from them all, was a real pleasure.
