Extremely useful. I'll actually be able to apply some structure. The idea at work had always been there that PowerPoint is a must, but it definitely isn't. Thanks so much to Mark and TAP for actually giving me something to take away and thanks so much for making learning so enjoyable - that's exactly what it should be.
