Excellent, thanks to Debbie. It's a great and informative course on a subject which could easily be dull (costing etc) and I look forward to getting back to work and using the ideas generated from the course.

Thanks to all, I've really enjoyed my third course here and am able to see how well everything links together now. I'm sure I'll use my newly acquired skills all the time.
