Very informative, very enjoyable, was a very good confidence booster for me regarding my suitability as a trainer. I now feel able to train delegates to a high standard and it has given me a clear structure and vision for how I deliver my future training sessions. A big thank you to Mac for helping us grasp a very useful learning/training method. Enjoyed very aspect of the course.
