Overall the course was interesting and fun, I enjoyed the casual and interactive atmosphere. I liked researching various media, particularly the exercise on webinars. I'll use all the ideas as they meet our resources and budget. The trainers were encouraging and enthusiastic. The course could possibly benefit by making it 3 days, with the third day spent to talk through delegates' own projects! I'd just like to say I enjoyed it, a great group of people who all contributed to the experience."
