Senior L&D Executives Views About TAP

Over the last few years we have aligned our trainer skill development with the TAP methodology because TAP trainers consistently demonstrated the L&D models and behaviours they aim to develop in others. More recently our team progression and L&D career path is aligning with the unique TAP Qualifications Framework, with our ‘junior’ trainers focusing on design & development and our senior team members qualified in training leadership & consultancy.

This innovative framework gives us a common language across Europe, EMEA and ASIA Pacific regions for L&D best practice at all levels of our training team, and gives flexibility for our team to grow in their chosen fields of digital learning, training delivery or leadership and strategy.
