Senior L&D Executives Views About TAP

As a people manager with more than a decade of experience my recent career transition from an Operations focus to a Group Learning and Development focus inspired me to assess my own personal development needs in order to achieve an enhancement to the overall capability of the L&D team. My quest for an accreditation or professional qualification that would build on my experience yet specifically focus my learning to the L&D environment was precisely resolved with The Training Foundation's TAP Diploma in L&D Management.

This was a unique programme of learning which allowed me the flexibility to opt for the knowledge and education best suited to support my aspirations to improve employee engagement and business performance across the Group. The structured yet flexible approach, delivered in short skills based programmes that are assessed during delivery, is an ideal solution for busy professionals whose commercial priorities often take precedence over longer term programmes.

I have been delighted by the professional and competent approach of all of the trainers and I've enjoyed the thought provoking content of all of the modules I have participated in. I will continue to manage my professional development with The Training Foundation and aspire to attain the TAP Master Diploma.
