Training Design & Development

Overall I have managed to implement quite a large portion of the training into the day-today running of the team. The main bit which has been of great use to me was ROI covered at the end of the course. This has enabled me to be even more persuasive when trying to get further resources for my training team. From this, I'm actually increasing my training team from 10 to 12 people by the end of this month and hope to take on an additional trainer before the end of the year.
