Overview

This webinar workshop lasts approximately 2½ hours. It will help delegates explore various elements of challenging behaviour in the learning setting: context, underpinning reasons, strategies and realignment. This will allow them to consider which strategies would be effective in managing challenging behaviour, whilst maintaining the individual and group’s experience as they move towards achieving the session’s objective.

Prerequisites

The course is designed for L&D professionals who would like to create or refresh their toolbox when dealing with challenging behaviour, specifically in the learning setting.
